Sylentrix applies DataOps principles to data integration.

Sylentrix applies DataOps principles to data integration, by  building, managing, and scaling data pipelines in a way that  promotes reusability, reproducibility, and rolling back  changes if problems occur. Some of the key capabilities include data extraction, integration, transformation, and analysis.

DataOps

DataOps is a discipline that merges data engineering and data science teams to support an organization’s data needs, similar to how DevOps helps organizations scale software engineering.

In the same way that DevOps applies CI/CD to software development and operations, DataOps entails a CI/CD-like, automation-first approach to building and scaling data products. At the same time, DataOps makes it easier for data engineering teams to provide analysts and other downstream stakeholders with reliable data to drive decision making.

Self-service & Low-code

Sylentrix provides a low-code DataOps based tool designed for both data experts and non-data experts. It's used to understand and maximize the value of data. Sylentrix offers self-service for data developer and data teams to set up their workflows. And supports a growing list of tools that users can integrate - promoted as Connector instances.

DataOps vs. DevOps

While DataOps draws many parallels from DevOps, there are important distinctions between the two.

The key difference is DevOps is a methodology that brings development and operations teams together to make software development and delivery more efficient, while DataOps focuses on breaking down silos between data producers and data consumers to make data more reliable and valuable.

Core capabilities

Integrate all your data. Regardless of the source, content and whether the files are Rich media, ERP data, Document collections, Location data, Internet of Things (IoT) or Analytics.

Universal

Process and integrate data gathered data from virtually any source to any desitination.

Flexible

Automate workflows for your data by composing data pipelines and generating compliant formats and standards once.

Complete

Combine data processing, formatting generation, integration, quality, and sharing in a single, unifed solution.

Insights

Turn data into actionable insights with personalized dashboards that provide 360 degree view of customers, KPIs, and significant end-to-end commerce events.

API

Sylentrix incorporates API integration and event-driven architectures into the data lifecycle.

ETL /ELT

Built-in ETL /ELT and Change Data Capture (CDC) makes it easy to integrate batch or streaming data.

Data Pipelines

Built-in datapipeline composer makes it easy to move data from source to destination. Along the way, data is transformed and optimized, arriving in a state that can be consumed.

Orchestration

Orchestration features give full control and visibility into data pipelines as it flows from sources to destinations.

Data Risk Excellence

Digitalization changes operational models of entire industries. As a result, many of the existing data security mechanisms will no longer be sufficient. That is why Sylentrix integrates data integrity, quality, and usage within business processes context, by design. Built-in control mechanisms enable companies to gain insight into risks.Companies can also rely on Sylentrix ML, performing remediation work autonomously.

Trust your data

Collaborate

With self-service applications for classifying and documenting the datac ompanies can enable IT to collaborate with business peers.

Find

Make it easy to find and use key data for decision-making and apps.

Automate

Make it easy to find and use key data for decision-making and apps.

Flexibility and agility with an event driven architecture

Sylentrix leverages events as a core principle. An event is something that happened and generated a notification of some kind. Examples include an abandoned credit card detected or an open warehouse door detected by an IoT sensor. The event is known as a change in state and typically triggers other events as part of a business process. The loose coupling of events enables systems to scale and update independently. This is how Sylentrix delivers flexibility and agility.
