Example order methods

  • Buyer can easily create a shopping cart and pull it into their own e-Procurement system, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) via the Open Catalog Interface (OCI) or Unified API Gateway (UAG). Orders can then be fulfilled via UAG, EDI, or PDF, depending on buyers preference and available systems.
     

  • Buyer’s employees can place orders via a shared customer account. This provides a centralized way of ordering and managing purchasing activities.
     

  • Multiple buyers within the customer's organization can create shopping carts. These shopping carts are then submitted for approval to a purchasing manager. After approval, the orders are transferred via OCI or UAG to the ERP system and ordered via UAG, EDI or PDF.
